• We may allocate funds where they are needed most

Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe an error has occurred, please contact us at hello@lenoircares.org within 30 days of your donation. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

We use third-party payment processors (Stripe) to handle donations securely. By making a donation, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of our payment processors.
